Meet Shaz Dagg – A True Inspiration
We’re proud to introduce Shaz Dagg as a friend and supporter of Children with Disability NZ.
Shaz is a remarkable New Zealand athlete and amputee whose journey is nothing short of inspiring. After losing her arm in a farming accident, Shaz refused to let disability define her. Through grit, determination, and a heart full of courage, she became New Zealand’s first female amputee to compete in the iconic Coast to Coast multisport race—proving that limits exist only where we place them.
Shaz's story resonates deeply with our mission: to empower disabled children to dream big and embrace their unique abilities. She is living proof that with resilience and belief, anything is possible.
We are honoured to have Shaz as part of the Boundless Dreams whānau, helping us inspire children across Aotearoa and around the world.
